Shipping & Returns


All orders are shipped UPS Ground.  For expedited or international shipping, please contact us at orders@layla-bklyn.com.  We try our best to ship within 2-3 days after we receive the order.   

Shipping costs are based on weight and the number of items in your order.

On occasion, an item you selected will be out of stock.  If this is the case, we will contact you upon receipt of your order.


All LAYLA clothing is hand crafted by skilled artisans and each piece is unique in its beauty.  We do not consider small inconsistencies in printing or embroidery flaws in our products. We check each item for quality before shipping.

All full-priced merchandise purchased online at layla-bklyn.myshopify.com may be returned for refund (not including the shipping amount) to the same card it was purchased.   All returns must be pre-authorized.  Please contact us at orders@layla-bklyn.com for return authorization. Returns must be made within 10 days of the original ship date.  

Refunds will only be issued for full priced items.  Items purchased with a discount may be returned for an exchange of equal or greater amount only plus additional shipping. Contact us at orders@layla-bklyn.com for all exchanges.

SUPERSALE items are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. 

We do not accept any returns via USPS.

We accept UPS or FEDEX only. 

All returned items must be in the same condition and packaging in which it was received and sent via UPS or FedEx with insurance for the full amount.  We are not responsible for lost packages. Please include a copy of your receipt.  We have the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
